Founded by Sowmya Ravi, an artist with a background in art, art history, and design, Konrai is a brand that specializes in textiles, paper media, and packaging design. To bridge the gap in relatable South Indian stories in children's literature, she launched Konrai Books.

The illustration style, colours, and visual elements are deeply inspired by the tranquil ambiance of Coimbatore.
